• Sprinkler System – In 2008, an extensive fire sprinkler system was completed in the two residential towers.
• Unit Rehab- RMK is in the process of rehabbing 284 residential units. Upgrades include in the kitchens new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood-like flooring, new light fixtures and cherry cabinetry. In addition, all baths are being rehabbed with new cultured marble tops, cherry cabinetry, ceramic tile flooring and upgraded vanity fixture and medicine cabinet.
